Eavesdrop on the conversation of the parents at the pickup line at school and someone will be complaining that they have a picky eater. Catching up with friends leads to learning who is on a diet or who just does not know what to cook anymore. And of course, let’s not forget that you can not go on any social media platform without being bombarded with images of foods or advice on what to eat.
Truth is, we are all in this together, as we are trying to best understand how to have a healthy relationship with food. No matter what your age, whether it is for yourself, your spouse or your family, we all seem to be in search of getting it right when it comes to making food choices.
As a Registered Dietitian with 26 years of experience, I am here to help guide you to simplify this overwhelming world of mixed diet and eating messages. With knowledge, compassion, guidance, and commitment I work with my clients to ensure they develop the right “Foodittude" for themselves and their families.
When I work with my clients, I look at it as a partnership, in which we work together to simplify the food struggles, provide realistic strategies and solutions, and allow you to know that you are not in this alone. As your Concierge Nutritionist, I am able to be there in the trenches as you help yourself or your family to seek out new food habits and lead healthier lifestyles.
