As a leader in the camp industry for over 15 years, Marlo has been working to make camp menus healthier, while keeping them kid friendly and parent approved. Marlo works with camps year round to work in improved menus, interactive camper and staff workshops, and many programs to enhance the nutrition at camp. She has often served as a speaker and exhibitor at many local and national American Camping Association Meetings. Services to include:

  • As a parent liaison, Marlo will assess the needs of the family and coordinate with the kitchen and all appropriate staff members to ensure a successful and safe dining experience.

  • Pre-season and summer session communication with parents of campers to aid in a smooth transition at camp regarding nutrition

Workshops –

  • Workshops for your staff and campers before and during the summer.

  • Interactive camp friendly work shops to promote wellness, self esteem and health at camp. Great for teens, girls and boys.

  • Sports nutrition work shops.

  • Orientation week programs for staff to understand the campers nutritional needs.
